How to write Type Provider

In this meetup we will demonstrate how to write a type provider from scratch. Please bring your laptop. If you are any particular topic want us to cover, please send email to me or fsbugs@microsoft.com. If there are some initial setup needs to be done, the instruction will be sent out at least 2 days before the meetup.
