Welcome to Fox Valley "lose weight, gain health" support group!
It's not easy to lose weight and get healthy. Sometimes a little extra support and encouragement can go a long way towards staying motivated on your weight loss or "get healthy" journey.
This Meetup group is for those poeple who need some help getting and staying motivated, who want to learn from the struggles of others, give positive encouragement and are willing to share their own insight with the group. We'll talk about our personal "get healthy" goals, nutrition, offer support and anything else related to living a healthy lifestyle.
Because the weight loss journey is a very personal one and to respect the privacy of our committed members, this is a private group - meaning that only members can see group information.
In keeping with our respect for privacy, everyone will need to be approved for membership. But please know that our group is INCLUSIVE and ANYONE may join regardless of their "get healthy" status - novice to expert.
