The FDIC reports that, "every three months 250,000 new families enter into foreclosure." In addition, more than 6 out of 10 homeowners are delinquent in their mortgage payments, never aware of the fact, that there is assistance available.  Freddie Mac/Roper conducted a survey in 2005 of over 2,000 homeowners in distress. They discovered homeowners failed to look for assistance due to embarassment and not believing there is a way to advert foreclosure.  These are obstacles we look to demolish. 

FYI offers a homeowner a full evaluation of their financial situation by reviewing their mortgage goals and providing realistic options to avoid these hardships while setting long term acheivable benchmarks.
