Where the Media Business is Going -- and what it means to your business --- Tonight, 7pm

From: Peter P.

I'm very enthusiastic about what we're going to learn from Tom Richardson and Keith Ritter tonight.  These guys have worked for some of the most successful media and sports companies in the world and they are personally involved in providing high level strategy on media properties, as well as the practical implementation of sound marketing strategy.  It is going to be a great night.   And I'm sure Keith will give me a hard time about the weather, which is rarely good for our events. If you can join us, please click on this link:  Sign up here.

Here's more detail

The subtitle for this event is:  10 things that are happening today in sports that will affect your business tomorrow.

Sports and Media are industries that are always looking for an edge.  They've led the way in many of the key internet business models including advertising, video, online retail and many more.  I think we can always count on sports as the politically correct industry that will almost always help us see which way the trends are going.

Tom Richardson and Keith Ritter will lead this event.  Many of you know Tom and Keith from their highly insightful questions and comments during our many FairCo events.   By the end of this event, I suspect you will be asking them even more questions.  Their insights into the modern world of marketing are the result of years of creating and managing some of the most popular and influential sports media properties in the world.

About Tom Richardson, Managing Partner, The Convergence Network.  Tom is a Sports and Entertainment industry veteran who has held a wide variety of management positions at AOL, the NHL, and the NFL.  Most recently he consulted for the Pro Bull Riders league.
