At different points in our lives, many of us betray our own needs, wants, and values, not realizing how we hurt ourselves in the process. We sometimes try to make our loved ones happy and abandon our own wants in the process, care too much when helping friends while forgetting about our own needs, have difficulties saying "no" even though we want to, and worry about what others will say if we have a different opinion.

Without knowing it, we practice the opposite of self-assertiveness.

In this workshop we will get ready to be more self-assertive, so you can:

• Live more authentically, be who you are openly every day, without worrying about pleasing others.

• Honor your wants, needs and values. Speak and act from your inner convictions as a way of life.

• Treat yourself with more respect and be willing to stand up for yourself.

Participate in fun activities and practical exercises you can incorporate into your day-to-day life, and learn and discover how to honor yourself and be happier. Let's support each other in our journey of loving ourselves while loving our life!
