START HERE Seed Stage Elevator Pitch Event

We are very excited to announce our latest partnership with nestGSV and the kick-off of our monthly START HERE program. We invite you to join us Thursday, April 4th, 2013 from 5pm-8pm at the nest GSV headquarters in Redwood City for a night of networking, pitches and fun!

START HERE, a new Seed Stage Elevator Pitch event, is promoted by FT Accelerator and nestGSV and is specifically designed for Fashion Tech Startups. The purpose of the program is to provide six companies / designers with an opportunity to pitch to a variety of distinguished first tier investors, bankers, PR and marketing agencies, law and accounting firms and receive feedback on their four-minute elevator pitch. A winner will be invited to present to nestGSV seed fund and Naxuri Capital seed fund for a full pitch! It's a great place to meet new people and hear valuable feedback and information from top advisers and investors in the industry! If you are a fashtech startup or a designer and are interested in pitching please follow the instructions below.

PRESENTERS: We understand fashion tech widely, not only e-commerce and mobile apps, but also new fabric, new supply chains, data and cloud infrastructure, 3D and other virtual technologies, etc. and are interested in pre-funded, pre-revenues fashion tech start-ups and designers, at idea-to-product or later stage. Six companies/designers are chosen each month to participate in the Start Here networking event. Presenting companies will each have four (4) minutes to present to a distinguished panel of investors and influencers. The panel then asks a few questions (4 min.) and then provides feedback (2 min.). After hearing from each company, the panel chooses who they feel is the most promising startup and the winner gets a meeting with nestGSV seed fund and Naxuri Capital seed fund!
