As a principal in Laurus West, a strategic investment firm, Mr. Hubbard has been instrumental in packaging and positioning companies for investment as well as partnerships. Recently, he has been working with a core team to develop Wegloo, a family specific social site.

Prior to May 2010, Hubbard served as founder and CEO of InteliCloud, a converged network hardware/software platform. Mr. Hubbard served as vice president of sales and marketing at Quad Research, a converged network platform manufacturer, where he created an innovative strategy for the regional-to-global roll out of a new hardware to telecommunications companies, spearheading the strategies and efforts of PR, marketing, branding and sales for the product launch.
