Looking for feminists and strong women to get together and enact change.

The goal of this group is to make like-minded friends, enjoy intelligent conversation on the issues that matter to us, and come up with creative ways to enact change. We believe that there is strength in numbers, so we hope to assemble a large group of strong women that can actually have an influence.

We personally use the "F" word, but we understand that the label is problematic for many people. So if you're not sure if you should join our group please ask yourself the following questions:

• Do you believe in, support, hope for, and/or work towards equality of the sexes?
• Do you want to end the perpetuation of gender expectations that harm women?
• Do you believe that women should have economic, political, social, religious, and sexual equality with men?
• Do you believe that all people should be protected from rape, abuse, violence, harassment, prejudice and discrimination - regardless of their gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, etc?

If you answered yes, then we'd like to meet you and work with you to create a better world.
