Fighting Boredom in the Duke City was originally created a couple of years ago. It somehow turned into Duke City Sports Group.
Not all people like sports and exercise, so I'm resurrecting the Fighting Boredom group. There are many things to do in and around Albuquerque that are overlooked.
Sitting at home and watching TV is cool and all, but when they invented TIVO/VCR/Internet VOD you lost your excuse to run home and watch it live. Make better use of your time exploring, playing, learning, and meeting people.
Membership to our group is open to everyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc. Our group is here for fun and enjoyment and gives you the chance to meet others around Albuquerque.
Our only requirements are that you come to the meetups you RSVP for, behave yourself, and have fun! Welcome!
