Draw-mania! Sail #2, Sunday July 26th., 1pm.

Several people have asked me about the weather for this Sunday. The Seaport Museum tells me that the weather is expected to be clear and the sailing should be terrific!

This is the second of several sails we'll be doing this year in conjunction with the Southstreet Seaport Museum.

This event will be both exciting and relaxing at the same time! Exciting: sailing on a 130 year old cast iron schooner around the tip of Manhattan, the Manhattan skyline, three great art models, a sailboat crew at work around you, having the chance to volunteer hauling up the sails. Relaxing: enjoying the pleasant sail, watching the water and the sights go by as you draw and paint.

There's no more fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon! So bring your favorite art materials and some friends who need a lift (and maybe even some refreshments), and expect to have a great time!
