KindredQuest's Mini Film Fest: A Networking Event

Come out to enjoy five award-winning short films in the horror, suspense and supernatural genres and network with film industry professionals while enjoying refreshments on JUNE 6, 2013! The film lineup includes:

"Sleepwalk"- Winner of The New York City Horror Film Festival Audience Award

Two years ago, Vanessa finally got her wish to be a mother when she and her husband Jack adopted Simon, an orphan from South America. Simon still won't accept Vanessa. And more disturbingly, he tells her he's being visited by the spirit of his biological mother. At first Vanessa thinks he's just been reading too many ghost stories. But when Simon goes missing in the middle of the night, Vanessa comes face to face with the terrifying reality.

"Game" is an eight-minute horror entertainment film from Nova Scotia, Canada. It follows a terrified businesswoman as she flees through the woods trying to evade three monstrous pursuers...but first appearances can be deceiving.

Kathy is a mature, professional woman who still sleeps wih her cuddly teddy bear Vincent. One night, when a burglar invades, Kathy's home comes alive with magical surprises. To his horror, the intruder learns that not everything is as it seems and Vincent may not be so cuddly after all.
