We are a group of Successful* Professionals whom share their success techniques.

Our mission: To teach financial literacy.

We hold monthly meetings in Burnaby, New West, Surrey and Richmond.

Our techniques involve game playing (Cashflow 101™), seminars, guest speakers, and workshops.

Since we will be offering our most valuable assets, our TIME. Membership to this group is restricted to those whom meet our criteria and who will attend the meetings that they RSVP YES to.

Failing to attend a meeting of which you did not cancel with 24 hours** may cause you to lose your deposit.

We have learn the hard way that only 20 to 50% of those who RSVP Yes, will show up.

Our goal is to change that to greater than 80% attendance. And we know that some of you will test us.

So what can you expect if you join this group?

You can expect guest speakers from the:

  • Accounting
  • Small Business

To learn what a Balance Sheet (Net Worth Statement), Income and Expense statement, Statement of Change, how the T1 Income and Benefit Return works, Risk – Reward, Economic Trends, how Limited Partnerships work, Joint Ventures, Where and Why invest, How Money Works, Portfolio Building, and more.

What will be expected from you:

  • To share your financial goals or make them and work toward them;
  • To construct a Personal Net Worth statement;
  • To build your wealth over time; and
  • To become successful!

Privacy: We respect your privacy. So we do not need to know exact numbers, but a range or rough numbers to see where you are. Also we may be taking pictures of the group and posting them here. So if you are picture shy, please let us know.

Disclosure: Some speakers may have paid a fee in order to present to you. The fee will be to pay for this meet up, meeting room cost, and/or coffee and cookie service.

* By successful professional we mean that we meet three or more of the following:

  • Have an income greater than six figure income for the last few years;
  • Have more than two investment properties with positive monthly cashflow;
  • Have a Net Worth of more than seven figures;
  • Be an accredited investors;
  • Have more than one source of income;
  • Have a profitable business

 

All meetings will be FREE, but we may charge a booking fee, refunded when the meetup is over.

This is to make sure that you are really interested in showing up. The booking fee will be refunded at the end of meeting, or after two hours.

So if you do not show up, we will keep your money.
