After years of Ivy-League education and living my life based on Other People's Expectations, I have finally learned some tools that work for bringing me in touch with my own source of inner peace, joy, and freedom, to live life on my own terms. I'm excited to share these with you!

I am now a life coach, speaker, writer, and guide on adventures of self-exploration using principles of yoga, music improvisation, sound healing, meditation, and thought inquiry to integrate our hearts, minds, and bodies. In previous careers, I was a violin teacher to toddlers and a venture capitalist. I also completed an undergraduate degree at Harvard and a medical degree at University of Michigan. I received life coach training from Martha Beck, PhD, author and monthly columnist for O Magazine, and certification in Sound Voice & Music Healing from the California Institute of Integral Studies. At each meeting I will teach a life coaching tool that you can apply in your daily life.
