Why this group was started?

 It is really difficult to create a successful new business...and usually the job is just too big to be done well by a single person. For many founders, finding someone they can trust, who shares their values, wants to build a similar culture, and with whom they enjoy working through challenges is a daunting task. 

Find a co-founder was created to help this process of meeting potential co-founders be more direct. No more networking at tons of tangentially related events with a super low probability of meeting this person. Come to an event that was designed specifically for this purpose.

 

What to expect from a Find a co-founder event...

The format of the gatherings will evolve as we learn (as a group) what type of exercises are most helpful in facilitating useful exchange. The structure of each meeting will be posted with each event.

 

Who should join?

There are really just two groups of people who make a good fit:

  1. Anyone needing additional business partners who has an existing company or who is serious about creating one is welcome to join, or
  2. Anyone looking to be a partner in a new venture.

As we are just getting started, please join now to let us know that people need this type of group.  As we see a greater need, we will put in more time to better meet it.
