When we are suffering, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual pain, we often misunderstand the source. We also can miss important paths to healing. In this seminar, we explore Love, Anger, Conflict, Gratitude, Grace, and Judgment as conditions of the self, literally as manifestations of health or disease, and how they contribute or interfere with our health. Much more than a perspective on "feeling good", we explore the concrete consequences of these emotional states and their affect on our well-being.
