Hi, we are local realtors- Anna Woody and Peggy Craig- We would like to offer people an opportunity to meet and discuss their experiences about the positives and negatives of home ownership, owning a town home vs. single family home, purchasing a home for the first time and how to build good credit. Weekly meetings are perfect! We will bring a top lender in the area to answer all your financial questions. Financing rules have changed dramatically- if you are self employed, had identity theft, credit issues of any kind and would like to share your ideas- we would love to provide a forum for ideas on how you can plan for the future, and spend less money in interest! We can share ways and would love to hear your ideas about how to purchase a home with little or no down payment. In some cases your monthly payment can be as little as you are paying in rent.
