Children's Easter Egg Hunt

Last year over 1,300 people from the church and neighboring community attended the Family Egg Hunt from the. The Prince of Peace Christian School football field was covered with over 10,000 eggs as children ran with excitement to gather them up. This year we are expecting even more kids for this event (Saturday, April 7 from 10am - 12 noon) which will include, bounce houses, a giant slide, an obstacle course, face painters, crafts, a midway of games, music, a visit from the Easter bunny! A lunch will be provided to the participants.

Call For Volunteers

We need 120 volunteers for this event.

Set-Up 1 (Friday, April 6 at 10 AM)

http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/d/b/8/0/event_86816192.jpeg15 volunteers are needed to set-up tents and chairs the day before the event. This setup involves moving furniture and supplies to the football field and parking lot and assembly/set-up.

Set-Up 2 (Saturday, April 7 at 8 - 10:30 AM)

30 volunteers are needed to set-up the morning of the event. This setup involves decorating and setting up the games, crafts and prizes, setting up cooking equipment stocking and organizing refreshments, and acting as the Easter Bunny and spreading eggs on the field.

55 volunteers are needed to serves as greeters, direct traffic/parking, serve lunch, and man midway event, craft tables, paint faces, supervise the bounce house and slide.

Clean-Up, (Saturday, April 7 Noon-2PM)

20 volunteers are needed to breakdown and put up tents, midway events, chairs, and police the area.

Bake or Buy Cookies: Can you provide 2-4 dozen nut free cookies (either store bought or baked at home)? You may drop off at Children's Ministry kiosk in Fellowship Center on or between April 2- April 6.

Volunteers must be 16 or older unless serving with an adult
