Memorial Day Hike & Barbecue

On Memorial Day, we’re going hiking locally at the Island Ford Trail in Sandy Springs. This is a moderate 3.75 mile path with beautiful views of the Chatahoochee River that’s perfect for a Memorial Day hike! To get to the trail, follow us, or carpool with us from the Kroger, located in the Northridge Shopping Center in Sandy Springs at 9:15 a.m. We’ll drive a short distance from Kroger to the Trail and share in the cost of parking at the Park ($3.00 per car). Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a bite to eat at a nearby Barbecue Restaurant. It’s a great way to get in exercise and enjoy good food and good company, so come on out and spend a part of your holiday with friends on Memorial Day!
