The focus is on moving your body and burning calories. They are group workouts with between 5 - 10 people. We focus on cardio, core with some upper and lower body strength. Workouts are inspired by the popular P90X home workout program and run by certified P90X instructors and trainers. All moves can be modified for any fitness level whether you are a couch potato or fitness enthusiast. Workouts generally run 35 - 45 minutes including a warm-up and cool down period.
Participants are encouraged to bring water, a towel and a small exercise mat (not a requirement). Proper workout attire and shoes are highly recommended.
