Hi Moms,
Class is in-doors tomorrow at Dream Xtreme Gymnastics. I have a fun workout planned and the kids love playing in the gym. The information is below but if you have questions let me know. See you in class

Class Information
When: Friday morning @ 9:30am
Where: Dream Xtreme Gymnastics 190 Bella Vista Road Vacaville, CA 95687 (Cost is $5 per child over the age of 1 - you can also buy a punch card to use anytime for $25 for 5 punches)
What to bring: You and your cute kid(s)!
A stroller--a jogging style stroller is recommended but not necessary
A mat or blanket for abdominal (core) work and stretching
Water
Snacks to keep your little one happy
Class will be an hour long including cardio, strength training, core training and stretching. Class will be held outside (weather permitting) and will allow for a great workout while you and your little one spend time with other moms and kids. All fitness levels are welcome, including pregnant and nursing moms.
Cost
There will be no sign-up fee or membership fee; just pay for an amount of classes you want and then come when you can. Passes do not expire. FIRST CLASS IS FREE!
I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
10 class punch card $5.00 each class ($50.00)
5 class punch card $6.00 each class ($30.00)
Drop in rate $8.00 each class
