Updates on Payments of your Flamenco Classes
Thursday, July 2, 2009 2:39 PM
I need for everyone to know the following updates. Since we do not have an office or Reception we are doing the following arrangements to have a more easy, efficient transaction and avoid confusions.
1) All CASH payments will only be given to Maribel (me). not Proff.Pacheco. You can pay all amount owed in CASH next time you see Maribel (me). Only checks can be given to Proff.Rolando. This will avoid confusion and crediting the wrong person or at all.
2.) Next month on the 15th payments will be due, but I will only charge for half month. I am doing this so August we can start paying the first of the month. Meaning I will charge you half this month of July and on August 1st, I will charge you the full month. So if you paid $80 you will pay $40 and if you pay $50 you will pay $25. In case you paid further into the month I will only charge you the remaining days at you package rate. I am doing this because it will be easier for us to collect, instead of me keeping up with all the different dates each one has.
3.) No credit will be given for missed classes. Once you miss the class you we can not issue credit for a following class to another day.
4.) If you know your going to miss a Class, you can not give your missed class as credit to another student to replace the day you missed class. Again this is to avoid confusion, and keeping track of all the passing forwards.
I apologize if this will inconvenience anyone but we are doing this to avoid confusion and better serve you.
Also as a final note, in reference to info on the shoes I was only able to get 2 request therefore I can not get a wholesale price. But I found out that the store Movin-easy @ 404 W. 30th Street in Austin carries like 4 different pairs of charecter shoes sizes 6-8 they go for $75.00 I also found this website in San Antonio sells semi-pro Miguelito shoes at www.larosadancesupply.com for $45+ dlls.
Next week you will have to bring any type of Long Skirt (which ever you have), it does not have to be Flamenco practice skirt but it has to simulate a dance skirt in some way. Professor Pacheco will be teaching skirt movement next week. If your interested, at this moment I am working with a seamstress to make some practice skirts for some of you, but these wont be ready until the end of the month (july)in case you prefer a better cheaper price email me.
