Lookout Mountain - Celebrate Teresa's birthday!

Lets get together to hike Lookout Mountain circumference trail, trail 308. We'll travel in a clock direction. The trail connects to various trails but the plan is to stay on the circumference trail. We'll blaze along in a 3 mile loop. Some moderate up and downs but nothing difficult.

DISTANCE: 3 miles

DIFFICULTY: Easy to moderate

DURATION: 1 hour, 15 minutes

DIRECTIONS: From Thunderbird Rd/Cactus, turn north on Cave Creek Road. (Thunderbird Rd & Cactus meet at Cave Creek Rd)

Travel north on Cave Creek. Go past Sweetwater and then turn left on Sharon Drive (there is a traffic light on Sharon). Continue westbound on Sharon Dr. Turn right on 18th Street. The park's entrance will be a short drive to your right. You can't miss it. (Highly recommend getting to the park this route as it can be a bit tricky if you don't enter this way)
