Flight Action Sports (FAS) is San Diego County’s premier 6-on-6 adult flag football league organization. Our mission is to provide both competitive and recreational flag football leagues for individuals and teams who want to experience and enjoy the true passion of the sport of flag football. Our 6-on-6 adult flag football leagues allow players 18 & up the opportunity to experience an elite sports organization with the focus being on the players. We now offer 7-on-7 adult soccer tourneys as well!

With online team and game statistics, experienced officials, exciting playoffs and all-star games, county championships, championship team awards and apparel, FAS strives to create the ultimate flag football league experience.

Our Locations Include:

Balboa Stadium (San Diego HS) - Sun nights starting Jan. 22nd
Chula Vista (Mater Dei HS) – Mon. nights starting Jan. 23rd
Escondido - Tuesday nights starting Jan. 24th
Balboa Stadium (San Diego HS) - Tues nights starting Jan 24th
Scripps Ranch – Wednesday nights starting Jan. 25th
Lincoln H.S. – Wednesday nights starting Jan. 25th
Poway – Friday nights starting January 27th
Vista – Saturdays starting March 10th
