FREE Photoshop Elements Study Group

What better way to learn and improve your Photoshop Elements skills than in a relaxed atmosphere.  This is an informal meeting, so bring your questions, bring your notebook, and most importantly bring your enthusiasm.  All skill levels are welcome.  You're welcome to bring a notebook computer as well.  Power outlets are limited, so please bring a power strip if you plan on using your computer.

This is not a formal class, there will not be handouts, DVDs with tutorials, or assignments.  There will be lots of learning and laughter.  Experienced members will be on hand to answer questions, share tips & tricks and more.  Since this is informal feel free to come late and leave early if necessary.  There is free parking behind Tony's (off Laura St.) and a rear entrance to the restaurant.  Street parking is free after 6 PM.

Tony's offers 2-4-1 drink specials until 7 PM.  They also offer pizza by the slice and whole cheese pizzas for just $6.99 on Mondays.

The group will meet every other Monday night.  The limit is 20 people due to seating limitation.  If demand warrants it, we can increase the frequency and variety of study groups.

These meetings get even better each week. Jeff explained those tools well and presents the information patiently, in simple terms, and with great humor. I think I could actually demonstrate some minimal competence with Elements 10 now. Much thanks to Jack and Jane for their insights and patience, also.

We are going to be meeting at the Capitol Beer House tonight. Tony's Pizzeria is closed until Wednesday. I've arranged to have the music turned down and we'll attempt to use TeamViewer tonight so that people can follow along on their laptops. If you don't have laptop, we'll get you seated next to someone that does.

The software that you'll need is called TeamViewer and you can download the free software from the links below.

    Mac Desktop/Laptop version

    Windows version

Please have these apps installed before you arrive tonight. We've got some additional tools to discuss tonight and you'll be able to observe their use on your computer screen.
