Cameras & Coffee for Beginners and Intermediate Photographers

Building on our success with the Monday night series of Lightroom and Photoshop Study Groups, we're proud to introduce our camera series of FREE study groups.   The groups will be limited to just 10 members to insure that each members has access to the instructors and can get all their questions answered.

Tonight is for the beginners and intermediate level photographers that want to learn what histogram is and how does it work, how does Auto Focus work, what is P, A, S, M and all the other exposure modes.  Maybe you want learn about the different menus, or what specific buttons or dials do.  Or perhaps you need to know how to take the best children photos or portraits.  Whatever you need, no question will be left unanswered.

Please bring your camera if you have specific camera or lens questions.  There is internet access, but computers are not required.

The meetings are hosted by Tony's Pizza and we are not charged for meetings at his establsihment.  Please show your appreciation by purchasing a drink (full service bar) or ordering a meal or snack.

There is FREE parking behind the building off Laura Street and parking on the street is FREE after 6 PM.

Like always, this meeting was outstanding. It is amazing how much you can pick-up in a simple question/answer format. Jeff's summaries have something for everyone. He hits theory, technology, and practical application with patience and easy to understand explanations. It is easy to take notes. I get some kind of take-away out of every meeting.

Sorry for the last minute change. I'm going to try to capture or at least view the rise of the Harvest Moon. Didn't even realize it was upon us so soon, we usually have a photo walk for the Super Moons. Don't know what, if anything I'll see, it doesn't look that promising. It was actually last night, which I didn't know, so I don't want to miss it again if it's visible.
