If I purchase two vouchers, do I need to use both or can I give one to a friend?
You are absolutely allowed to give one to a friend if you like.

I don't see a class time that works for me. What should I do?
We typically maintain class schedules about 2 to 3 months out and are always adding new dates. Make sure to monitor the page and see if spots open up, or email us at fccp.questions@gmail.com and let us know which classes and city you are interested in. We will then email you when new dates are available.

My voucher is expiring and I want to use it but don't see any classes available by my expiration date. What do I do?
Don’t worry. We only ask that you schedule by your expiration date and you can register for a class that takes place after your expiration date.

How do I register for my second class if I purchased a 2 vouchers?
You can actually use your same code.

Where are you located and where do I take the class?
FCCP is located in sunny Clearwater, FL, so there are no problems with our instructors being delayed by snow storms. You'll be taking the online classes in front of your computer, in the comfort of your home.

How long has FCCP been around?
FCCP is over 10 years old, founded in January 2003. We started offering online classes the very first year and are a leader in this type of class and use only the best technology to deliver our classes to you.

What experience do you have with online classes?
FCCP has been doing online classes since 2003. Our Director has developed online classes for local art centers and instructed local college professors on teaching online classes. He was involved in creating and implementing distance learning at one of the largest vocational school systems in the county during the 1990's.

Do I need to be at a computer at a certain time and day?
Yes, and No, the live class is offered the first 4 Monday nights of every month (occasionally there is an exception due to holidays, see the current class schedule here). However, all the classes are recorded and can be viewed online or downloaded within 24 hours of the completion of the live class.

Do I need a digital camera to take the class?
Digital cameras can speed up the learning process, but are not mandatory. If you're using a film camera, there will be material presented that is not applicable to your camera.

Do I need an expensive camera to take the class?
Absolutely not! We've had many students go through our classes with a simple Point-n-Shoot or cell phone camera with great success. Our instructors believe that the best camera is the one you have with you.

What happens if I miss a week or two of the classes?
No worries! Our FCCP Education Guarantee covers you. You may repeat any future online class for free and repeat them as many times as you like (subject to seat availability).

What if I don't complete my weekly assignment on time?
The assignments are optional and again, you're welcome to repeat the class as many times as you like.

Is there a required text book for the class?
No, but we do have a recommended reading list and links to purchase the books on Amazon.com. Purchase of the books through our links, helps support the Center.

The price seems too good to be true. Are there any hidden costs or fees I should know about?
No extra costs or fees of any type. You pay one fee and you can take the class as many times as you want.

Will we be able to ask questions of the instructors during the course?
There is a limited amount of time devoted to answering student questions at the end of every online class. However, the instructors appear on a weekly radio show, Picture This, and your calls with questions are welcome during the show. The show is live every Sunday night from 8 PM to 9 PM EST/EDT and is rebroadcast via the internet every Wednesday night from 8 PM to 9 PM EST/EDT. The show is also streamed live and can be listened to on you computer, iPhone and iPad. The shows are also archived here.

Is there a money back guarantee for the online courses?
Of course, but remember you're also covered by our FCCP Education Guarantee. A 100% refund is available anytime before the start of the second class. After the second class, refunds are prorated.

I'm ready to get started. How do I signup?
You can see the available classes here and signup for the classes here.
