As of: Oct. 1, 2011, ten Florida Trail Chapters have estblished Meetups. 

Duplicating successful practices and models is a well traveled pathway.  Hijacking and fine tuning what is working for other FTA MEETUP's is just good common sense!  While this MEETUP is fashioned for FTA MEETUP Organizers we will not limit ourselves. This a place to ask questions and share successes. The objective is to grow FTA membership and participation.  Starting and managing a FTA MEETUP is time consuming task.  Organizers are "Golden Volunteers" who are in it for the long haul.
