We'll work together to create a fun, non-judgmental atmosphere where all members will motivate one another toward health and wellness! Learn and practice a variety of techniques to improve physical strength, flexibility, and stamina; improve energy levels; balance the state of the mind.
Efforts will be guided by a certified Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with additional certifications and years of practice as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor. Incorporate pilates, qigong, and essential oils to strengthen, lengthen, energize, and calm yourself!
