Why choose a pet sitter over a kennel?
When your pet stays at home for his care he is left in familiar surroundings, comfortable, kept on the same routine, doesn't experience the anxiety of going to an unfamiliar place, or kept up all night by the noise of a kennel environment. Pet sitters also provide a bit of home security by bringing in your mail and newspaper, taking out the garbage, rotating lights and blinds so potential burglars don't know you're away.
But for those who prefer a Kennel here is a list of Kennels we suggest that have a pretty good reputation:
There are many other kennels in the area but these are the only ones that we have seen where we agree with there methods of care and have not yet had anyone make a bad comment about them. If anyone reading this has had a bad experience with one of these kennels please let us know. Or if you have a great kennel in mind we would love to hear about it. Or maybe you want to share a bad kennel experience from another facility so we all know to stay away. We'd love to hear from you.
