What we’re about
This is a group for anyone who loves fly fishing.
We aren't hardcore fly fishing gurus - just a motley crew from all walks of life who enjoy wetting a fly.
The idea is to meet up with other orphaned fly chuckers looking for fishing buddies and other people addicted to fishing.
We regularly head out to local rivers and lakes in small groups and occasionally run bigger adventures to places such as Snowy River, Swampy Plains, Mitta Mitta, Tasmania, New Zealand etc.
We are also keen to explore saltwater fly fishing and see what can be done with local the whiting and garfish populations.
In between trips we conduct informal and relaxed meetups to share a drink, tie some flies and generally hang out talking fishing.
If you like the idea of catching-up with a relaxed bunch of ratbags who don't take themselves or fly fishing too seriously, then you'll fit in just perfectly.
