    What can be improved?

    - Wait a minute or two after prepared speeches for the fellow toastmasters to fill in their feedback in the feedback form.
    - Place the Agenda and name sheets right near the door so the guests can pick it as they walk into the room.
    - Encourage every speaker by clapping till they near the center place.
    - Speakers can transition by a handshake every time a new speaker takes over.
    - Timer card staying up will help the speaker see it in cases where they missed seeing it. We had two new guests(Bryan and Matelund) join our 'Flying Toasters' yesterday as our brand new members.Congratulations!! We look forward to having many more fantastic meetings with you and many more newer members! We have a many more interesting speeches lined up for the coming week and look forward to seeing each one of you with your friends.

    - Daphne chose 'human emotions' as the table topics by being our 'Table Topics Master' for the day. It surely helped us discover the hidden empotions of many fellow toastmasters including our guests;)
Bina evaluated Anu as her evaluator and provided very detailed, useful and encouraging feedback for the speech.
    - We had Faye as our 'General Evaluator' for the day. She did bring in a lot of new insights for the meeting by appreciating and suggesting improvements based on her observations of the meeting. What went great?

    - We had 'Guest ribbons' given out for every new guest. Thanks to Chris for bringing in these guest ribbons.
    - Every part of the meeting including 'prepared speech', 'evaluation', 'table topics' were explained as we progressed through the meeting and that helped our guests follow the meeting easily.
    - Table topics were open ended which was great to get people thinking harder!

We are back from yet another fantastic 'Flying Toasters' meeting. David was brilliant in the role of Toast Master and made the meeting very enjoyable. He gave the many new guests the opportunity to introduce themselves right at the beginning of the meeting which was very useful.

    - David also played the role of 'Joke Master' and shared an entertaining joke with all of us.
    - Ru introduced a wonderful word as our 'Word Master' which many of us tried using in the most barefaced manner.
    - We had Jack Song helping us as our barefaced 'Timer' and did a great job helping us track time through our speeches.
    - Anna helped us track our filler word usage by being the 'Ah Counter' for the day. She reported each of our counts with great positivity;)
    - Anu(I) gave her 'IceBreaker' speech titled "A room full of people and one microphone!" through which she shared a moment which turned out to be both the most embarrassing and most inspiring moment for her.

Division Governor Faye Yang will be our general evaluator this evening! She's a great observer. Can't wait to observe the meeting, take notes, compare my notes with her evaluation!
