    Meeting minutes - part 3

-Thanks to Jenny and Chris, we had some new guests namely Rajesh, Sophonnary, Shali, Chritain attending our meeting today. We got many useful feedback from each of them and the great positive vibe from our toastmasters club was very much appreciated by each one of them. So just in case any of you out there are thinking of making this meeting optional the coming week, think again!! We are a positive, ebullient bunch of toastmasters waiting to meet you :)

-We got two new members into our club. Yay!! Roles were grabbed for the next week's meeting even before the end of the meeting and this shows the enthusiasm of our club.

    Meeting minutes - part 2

-Wei shared many of her childhood details and her motivation to join our 'ToastMasters' club. She shared many humorous anecdotes from her childhood days. David evaluated her speech and shared some very encouraging feedback. -Jack was our 'Table Topics Master' of the day. He got many of us talking by bringing in the topic of sharing our favorite mobile phone apps and their advantages. Luckily, time was up before the iPhone vs Android vs Windows phone users launched a war!!

-Anna was our 'General Evaluator' for the very first time and she did appreciated many of our toastmasters for their respective roles - Matelund [for his time management as TM]
David [ for being an amazing evaluator the very first time]
Chris[for his ever valuable feedback and encouragement]. -Anna also suggested we make sure the door remains unlocked for the late comers during the meeting to prevent them from missing any part of the meeting.

Meeting minutes time! We are going strong with our meetings week after week:) -Matelund did a great job in his role as the 'Toastmaster[TM]' for the very first time. -Jenny was amazing as our JokeMaster and shared a very nice joke about a naughty little boy.

-Daphne was great as our 'Timer' and gave a detailed report on each of our speech timings at the end of our session.

-Haojin contributed to our meeting's success by being our 'Ah Counter' and tracked all of our filler word usage.

-Anu brought in an ebullient word as the 'WordMaster' and helped look out for grammer mistakes as the "Grammarian' for the day. -We had two great 'IceBreaker' speeches with each of them being evaluated by very talented evaluators.

--Catherine gave her very first speech and brought in great insights about life's transitions. She shared many details about her life through a main story. Chris evaluated her speech and shared many great valuable feedback/tips with all of us.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
