This is a weekly support group for men and women centered on developing and remaining in right relationship with food.

Created out of love.
The purpose of this group is to offer a format for men and women to come together and develop safe eating habits for their bodies. Find out what your needs are, and learn to meet them in ways that are specific to and healthy for you.

Whatever your issues, be they an inability to eat or inability to stop, this group will meet you in a safe and open way that will allow you to find internal balance.

It’s not about losing or gaining weight. It’s about letting love in. Our group will offer exercises, games, meditations and safe space to explore and nourish your true needs.

A method that works.
Once upon a time, I had an eating disorder that wreaked havoc on my mind and body. After three years of starvation, binge eating, and strict adherence to horrific diet plans, I made peace in the most unexpected way: I let myself enjoy chocolate without feeling guilty.

This led me through a maze of self discovery, in which I unraveled the hate/fear energies that had woven throughout my life in relation to eating. I discovered what was crying to be fed those moments when I couldn’t stop binging. I learned how to nourish the deep soul part that was starving.

I'm now thirty pounds lighter and a thousand times happier than when I was trying to lose weight.

In a certain sense I cured my eating disorder overnight. In another, I’m still recovering. This is group is as much for me as it is for you. By sharing the insights gained through my experience, I hope to complete my own transformation and meet you in yours.
