Ms. Kabessa-Cohen holds the position of Nestlé Israel – Osem Group Innovation Manager in the last 6 years. This role is the first within Osem - Nestlé corporate and one of few in Nestlé's. Her work includes guiding the Company's business units on the development of their innovation pipelines (new products & marketing innovation), methodological development, and technological collaborations. Ilanit is Nestlé's headquarter point of contact within the Israeli high-tech scene, in charge of scouting and nurturing contacts with startups, hi-tech companies & universities. She is also responsible for Nestlé /startups pilots & collaboration plans.
