Details

There are several locations in the area that offer classes on making sushi -- most focus on Maki Rolls but some do teach Nigiri preparation.

No date yet -- just a feeler to see who would be interested in participating in such a class.

Please RSVP "Yes" if this interests you. Most classes have a minimum attendance and there would be a cost, but I'll do my best to keep it reasonable.

This is a non-binding survey just to gauge interest.
