Iron Tech: Battle SCM - Git vs SVN

Two technologies, one challenge, no survivors!! This ain't your momma's Burndown chart no more!

A week or two before the Meet-Up, the "chairman" will provide each developer with a challenge. In the weeks before the battle, each developer will develop their solution to the challenge. At the battle, they each have 1/2 hour to describe their solution to the group, explain how their technology works, and bribe the audience with whatever they feel will help sway them to their solution. Twinkies, mountain-dew, and swag are all greatly appreciated!

After the presentations are complete, both developers will be available for a panel discussion on the pro's and con's of each technology, the approach they used, and also to deride the other challenger's solution.

How do we choose a winner? We don't. You do! And you decide based on what you choose to use when you code!
