New to town or just looking for something new? We are not just for people new to Franklin! The Franklin Newcomers & Friends Club is a social and charitable organization for residents of Franklin, MA and the surrounding towns. We like to have fun, learn new things, spend time together, and give back to the community through volunteer activities and fundraisers. We offer a variety of activities for our members organized by our members. Past events have included: movie nights, dinners out, hiking/walking, trips to the theater, and many more!!
Our major fundraiser of the year is our annual Craft Fair which has been held for over 40 years. Members are asked to volunteer for shifts at the Craft Fair- many hands make light work! The majority of the proceeds from the Craft Fair are donated to local charities as voted on by Club members.
Membership in this Club is limited to members who have paid the annual dues to Franklin Newcomers & Friends Club via Meetup. To find out more about our club please join us at a monthly meeting.
