The Franklin Method is a mindbody movement class that combines scientific knowledge of body bio-mechanics with explanations and imagery+movement exercises. The result is a felt experience of how your body works on the inside, in other words, embodiment of your body.
When you have experienced how your body moves naturally, you'll have increased flexibility and strength, you'll improve your coordination and balance, and you'll increase your ability to focus and concentrate.
By embodying the function of the body, we improve function, movement potential with efficiency and ease.
For people who suffer from chronic pain, Franklin Method can also help. By going inside and finding out how your body works, you can become friends with your body and discover ways to encourage your brain to focus on the good experience. And, simply including your conscious thought in your movements already creates a relaxation in your whole system which reduces pain as well.
There will be many classes being offered, some free and some fee-based.
