Dear dancers. I hope you are well and have had a good summer. As you know, I am taking some extended time out from my work. It is a first for me! It was good timing because I then seriously fractured my right ankle and it will be a slow recovery process. I am doing well. As you may know, Deborah who dances regularly at the St.Albans class wants the class to continue in my absence until I return. Thank you Deborah.
Below is a message from Deborah with details of what is booked starting on Saturday 9th September 7:00-9:30pm. It looks great!

Below is a message from Deborah:
Dancing is a way to connect. Once I heard the news that Tim is taking some time away from teacher for now, I had a clear sense and energy that this dance community in St.Albans should continue, and there was a need.
The good news is that 5Rhythms classes will continue on a Saturday night once a month at the same venue with guest teachers. I will be facilitating the space in the short term from September to March 2024 with Tim's blessings. I am incredibly grateful for so many of you stepping forward to crew on the nights.

I have chosen teachers whom I trust, love their music diversity, and have much to offer us. They will dance with us, teach us, and hold the space for the evening.
We now have these fantastic established teachers confirmed from September to December. They have all been teaching and dancing for many years.
There is a lovely dance community here on our doorstep. Dance is what connects us.
Please join me on the dancefloor to keep this open-hearted and dynamic dance floor thriving and alive.
