    This was an incredible evening. Thank you Erik and Miguel. Erika created a space through meditation and art in which we each gained some new insight into ourselves and ways to let go of negative thoughts and feelings that don't seem to go away on their own, I was also happy to be surrounded by a warm and caring group of men and women. I very much look forward to the next mindfulness event.
