Experience a Healing + Empowering Guided Mindfulness Meditation

Afterwards, we explore the three key ingredients in eliminating debilitating mind chatter and its associated emotional triggering. These three key ingredients have been known by long-time meditators, and are now being understood by neuroscientists.  

We are going to combine a mandala art project, breathing exercises, mudras (hand postures), facial acupressure points—all as part of living a mindfulness lifestyle, and a guided mindfulness meditation in between our art project.
