It is critically important to have a good accounting system in place if you own a business or run a nonprofit. Not only are you obligated to keep track of all of your financial transactions by the government, you can learn to use your accounting data to navigate and help you to make important management decisions. A properly set up and maintained accounting system can help you to make more money, spend money more wisely, and avoid the major causes of business failure.
QuickBooks software is by-far the easiest to use for the non-accountant. We will discuss and demonstrate many common accounting tasks and explain the structure of QuickBooks. While we cannot cover every aspect of QuickBooks in a few hours, this is a great basic overview of QuickBooks and its capabilities.
This free QuickBooks workshop is geared toward small business owners and non profit directors who want to learn about managing their business or organization with QuickBooks software. Come and learn about how QuickBooks can help you run your business more successfully. Please bring your bookkeeping and QuickBooks questions. Fiscal Foundations staff will be available before, after and during the breaks to answer questions specific to your business.
SERIOUS RSVP'S ONLY! ***IF YOU RSVP YES, PLEASE SHOW UP. THE ROOM WE HAVE RESERVED IS LIMITED IN SPACE AND WE WOULD LIKE TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. IT IS DISHEARTENING WHEN THE ROOM IS ONLY HALF FILLED DUE TO NO-SHOWS AND THERE WERE PEOPLE ON A WAITING LIST. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
