Yoga that connects. What better time to meet someone then when you’re killer relaxed and having been in a shared, soulful experience? For this class i've teamed up with dating site Dateinadash.co.uk to offer a unique class dubbed 'yoga dating!'

Singles classes are suitable for all and based on Heart warming Dru yoga and feature; partner yoga sequences – rotating between partners in the class to get acquainted; connection and mindfulness exercises; group (humandala) yoga; and an immense deep relaxation at the end! 

Classes also have a personal development aspect for participants – in particular working with maintaining a state of relaxation and sense of embodiment whilst in connection with each other. 

The Class is in a fantastic venue and afterwards we head down to the pub down the road so you can get socialising with whoever might have caught your eye!

There are Yoga mats available so don't worry about bringing one - but do wear something loose! 

The Albany club is in a converted church off Albany St - Walk down Albany St (which is opposite Great Portland St tube station) and take the 3rd right turn - the turning after the police station and where you see Cape of Good Hope Pub and the Albany is behind there. Sat Nav is NW1 4EE
