Try something new! Be quick though I've a small amount extra tickets released for you lovely Free eventers! The last 5 events the room has been packed to capacity, and been amazing. PLEASE only RSVP if you are sure you can make it as the event is gender balanced and no-shows make a mess of the numbers.
As seen in the Daily Express, Daily Mail Online, Time Out, SKY News: Wicked! Yoga Dating is coming home back to it's Central venue near Regents Park at the Albany for a Friday night special! Grab this chance to make sure your weekend has some quality connection and start it on a mega high! Afterwards we'll head to the pub but the event is still early enough you could head out into the evening (together?) after too!
Yoga that connects. What better time to meet someone then when you’re killer relaxed and having been in a shared, soulful experience? For this class i've teamed up with dating site Dateinadash.co.uk to offer a unique class dubbed 'yoga dating!'
"Feeling like a kid again! As we laughed our way through trying to get into some of the poses, I couldn’t help feeling like I was back in gym class and we were playing around freely. It was an awesome feeling!" Indra (Om exchange) Full review here
Singles classes are suitable for all and based on Heart warming Dru yoga and feature; partner yoga sequences – rotating between partners in the class to get acquainted; connection and mindfulness exercises; group (humandala) yoga; and an immense deep relaxation at the end!
Classes also have a personal development aspect for participants – in particular working with maintaining a state of relaxation and sense of embodiment whilst in connection with each other.
The Class is in a fantastic venue and afterwards we head down to the pub down the road so you can get socialising with whoever might have caught your eye!

"Moving between partners made for a really good social vibe. You had to communicate a lot with each other during each pose and most of the time everyone ended up in fits of laughter!
"Even though everyone in the room is a complete stranger, thanks to Richard’s positive energy it doesn’t feel overly strange to be doing things you’d only normally do with people you’ve known five years, let alone five minutes" Read Participants Blog
