I love to cook what I eat and experimental new cuisine. I am a curry person. Yet this time , it would be my first time to make a roast duck curry.

Let’s have a good time together by cooking what we eat and talking about foods.

1.roast duck curry

Roast duck curry is a luxury meal for local Thai people. It becomes more and more popular for foreigner. But still only few cooking class would put this menu in their program. Let’s make it here and you could make it at home for your beloved one.

2.Stir-fried morning glory

A simple dish that most of local Thai love to eat. It is interesting to know that it is hard to find in some area like some states in USA. as morning glory is a prohibit weed in their homeland.

3.Mixed vegetable and pork belly soup.

A healthy dish with many kind of vegetable is mixed in. This is a popular Thai-Chinese style soup that only few foreigners know it.

4.Steamed pumpkin and coconut custard

This is one of my favorite Thai dessert. It is a lot healthier than other super sweet Thai desserts.

The place is a duplex in Soi Sukhumvit 57 or You could walk in Soi Thonglor(55) until you see the first 7-11. Then you could cross the street and walk through the car park of Kosirae restaurant. You would see the soi of this house after you pass the car park.

I would love to make the event to be chill out and don't be too serious about money. But we did experience some no shows and last minute cancels which we bought ingredients exactly to the number of members who clicked RSPV. I had to pay my own money to cover that cost of no shows....Anyway I have made a very good processes lately. Which are as follow :

1. All member who have already joined and met me personally at ex events. You don't have to pay in advanced. You could click RSPV. Then you could come and pay at the event.
2. If you are a new member who have never joined our event before. Please RSPV. Then you have to pay the full price before you attend the event. But in 48 hours before the event starts if you do not commit the payment. You might lose your spot for a person who are on waiting list.
   This is how you could do it :
   2.1 Meet me personally and pay cash. My mobile is 089-4405303 same as whatsapp or Line ID : ztep or
   2.2 Transfer full amount of 700Baht to my account as : Thai military bank (TMB.)which has a blue background. Name : Petz Patiyut Saving account Account number : 0432903961 Let me know after you you transfer.
3. If you are on the waiting list. You might have a chance to join as well. Please contact me 48 hours before the event starts. If some people on the list have not secured the spot. You could move on the list.
