Now that your toddler is...well, not a baby anymore...is it time to get back in pre-baby shape? You bet! Join us for some exercise and bring your toddler along. We'll always include some downtime so they can play!
Our playtime/downtime will be geared towards toddlers, but younger children are welcome, too! Even if they can't do everything the tots can, they'll probably still have fun =)
We are based in Fremont, but may also have events in Newark, Union City, or Hayward. This group is geared towards moms who do not already have a regular workout routine, and those who are looking for a light supplement. The main types of exercise at this time are stroller walks.
New members must attend a public event before they will be approved. After you fill out your application, I'll send you an email with a couple to choose from, and we'll go from there.
