A sister organisation to Sydney French Language Group ( http://www.meetup.com/sydney-french

The French English Exchange - Sydney/Pacific Region  is a Sydney based international French Language meetup club.  members of French meetups from Melcourne, Brisbane and Adelaide and other parts of the world are encouraged to join us.

It encourages members to visit France in the Pacific Region!!! When visiting major French cities in the Pacific Region, some are only 2 hours by plane from Australia - These members will have a great opportunity to practice their French when attending these language and social meetup in a safe and fun environment. Republic of Vanuato - New Caledonia ( Noumea ) - French Polynisia (Tahiti) - Wallis and Futuna - Reunion We will be locating organisers in these beautiful Island-countries to post social and French language meetups and events. if you know anyone in Sydney who comes from these countries please let us know...perhaps they can recommend someone.

Membership of this group is either by invitation or applicants can join providing that their French is at intermediate level or higher or currently enrolled at some of the local university French courses.  This group will function best if many native French Speakers join it...

The plan is to organise French immersion programs in some of the French Speaking countries which are closer to Sydney than some Australian states.

Native French speakers that travel with us may get substantial discounts in airfare and accomodation, we encourage them to join us.

We will hold limited meetups for French Practice..We don' t encourage French beginners to join this group and happy to accept them at www.meetup.com/sydney-french

We encourage French speakers from all over the world to join us.

Uniting the world via French Language activities in the Pacific Region' s French Countries!
