I have been meditating and exploring teachings both ancient and modern for over a decade now. I have taught meditation all around the U.S. and learned from everyone Ive ever taught . I am starting up a group for people that just genuinely consider themselves serious about Self-Realization and Freedom through Meditative practice, self-enquiry and the exploration of the teachings of the awakened. The purpose of the group is to explore together the problems that confront us and their possible solutions, offer support to one another, meditate, learn, and celebrate Life. Areas of focus will include the SELF, relationships, esoteric cosmology, metaphysics, astronomy, physics, psychology, nutrition, and whatever else you bring up.
