Come to Myles Standish State Forest on Saturday, October 29th from 10:00am to 4:00pm for a brief introduction to the science of archaeology. Enjoy a day of digging, washing, recording, mapping, cataloguing and much more. Stop by for an hour or spend the day with us; feel free to bring lunch as picnic tables will be available nearby. Bring water and work-gloves. Meet at the amphitheater behind the headquarters building at 194 Cranberry Road in South Carver. Rain date: Sunday, October 30th. All ages welcome.
