MEET DAVE SELF - ACR ECOLOGIST - AT THE JUNCTION OF PINE FLAT ROAD & RED WINERY ROAD, 3/4 mile north on Pine Flat Rd from Hwy 128 at Jimtown - so we can carpool to the Preserve.

Every second Friday we'll drive and walk to appreciate (and photograph) plants of the season, flowers, seeds, fall colors, habitat - and to learn of their ecology and uses by wildlife and by people.

Bring your smart-phone (or other camera), extra water, lunch and dress for variable weather.
