Join single friends familiar and new at a holiday dinner party followed by dancing at the popular new Vidalia Steakhouse just southwest of the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. This inviting steak, seafood and barbecue restaurant has an inviting super club atmosphere and welcomes live entertainment on weekends.

Your evening begins with a get-acquainted cocktail hour in the restaurant’s lounge area. This is followed by a seated dinner party in the restaurant’s dining room. Vidalia serves up hearty and well-prepared meat, fish and American wood-fired
barbecue classics in large portions.

After dinner, enjoy live music in the lounge area from the music combo “Silver Screen” for your listening and dancing pleasure. They perform a variety of popular danceable favorites.

For dinner, choose from seven of the house’s delicious entrées:

• Charbroiled Walnut and Honey Crusted Salmon with a Honey Demiglas Sauce
• Twin Grilled Breasts of Chicken with Lemon Garlic au Jus
• Charbroiled 10-oz. Petite New York Strip Steak
• Roasted Chicken (1/4 Chicken) and Baby Back Rib (1/2 Slab) Combo with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
• Two Luscious Grilled Bone-in Maple-Brined Pork Chops
• Crispy Hazel Nut Crusted Tilapia with Red Pepper Cream Sauce
• Shrimp Scampi with Penne Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes, Herbs, Basil and Light Tomato Sauce
